Are you interested in being a trainer?
We're always looking to add more quality trainers, or finishers, to help us get our newer truck drivers on the right path. Royal Trucking Company trainers earn an additional $30 per day and are paid all miles the truck runs during training jobs. In addition trainers whose trainees graduate and become first seat drivers earn a bonus at upgrade and 90 days after the trainee has been solo.
